Corporate Engagements with Stawi Camp for WellBeing
In today’s fast-paced work environment, many parents struggle to balance their professional responsibilities with their desire to be present and engaged in their children’s lives. At Stawi Camp for WellBeing, we understand these challenges and are dedicated to helping parents thrive in their multiple roles. Our mission is to support parents in navigating the complexities of work-life balance, allowing them to be mindful and present in both their professional and personal spaces.
During our recent engagement with the staff at MP Shah, we posed a simple yet profound question: "What is your greatest work-life dilemma as a parent?" The overwhelming response from both online and in-person participants was the challenge of finding TIME to spend with their children. This common struggle reflects a broader concern among working parents—managing the demands of a career while nurturing meaningful connections at home.
Many parents express a longing to spend more time with their children, and when faced with their children’s academic, behavioral, or mental health challenges, it’s natural for feelings of guilt to arise. They often wonder, "Would my child be struggling if I spent more time with them?" This thought can lead to regret and even resentment towards work, adding to the stress and pressure parents already feel. At Stawi, we address these concerns head-on through tailored corporate engagements that focus on helping parents build resilience, manage guilt, and foster positive relationships with their children.
Our sessions are designed to equip parents with practical tools to balance their work and family life effectively, all while maintaining their wellbeing.
